Carolina Santos-Neves is Chef de Cuisine and founding partner at both the Latin-inspired SOHO restaurant Comodo and the recently opened Colonia Verde in Fort Greene. Raised in Brazil, Mexico and New York, Santos-Neves was an editor at Epicurious.com for five years and is a graduate of the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute. She brings her Latin roots, worldly experience and unique upbringing to innovative healthy cooking. From her restaurant, to private dinners, to her online webisodes, Caro's Concoctions, Santos-Neves is a Queen of the Kitchen. Here are a few ways she enjoys a classy cocktail:

Favorite Drinks: Moscow Mule, Pineapple Mint Capi-Vodka, and La Lindeza at Colonia Verde.
