Dark and Stormy

A delicious and refreshing rum cocktail.  It is a favorite among sailors and Gosling Brothers claims that the drink was invented in Bermuda just after World War I. It gets its name from the way it appears in a glass.

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • Lime

Directions

Pour ginger beer in a glass filled with ice, add the dark rum, and the lime juice and stir to combine. Add a lime wheel or wedge and enjoy.
