On New Year's Eve we drink only the very best, straight up, no frills...it's Moët at midnight.
And for those of you entertaining, here's a guide to our favorite champagne cocktails that pop.
- 3 oz Moët & Chandon Imperial Champagne
- 6 drops of bitters
- 1 oz Cointreau
- Lemon to garnish
Add the Cointreau and bitters to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with Moët and garnish with a lemon twist.
- 1 oz vodka
- 2 oz cranberry lite juice
- 1/4 oz fresh orange juice
- 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Moët & Chandon Imperial Champagne
Mix vodka and juices in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass and fill with Moët. Garnish with orange twist.
- Bottle of Moët & Chandon Imperial Champagne
- 1 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1 bottle club soda
- 2 oranges (sliced and rinds)
- Slices of pineapple
Mix all ingredients in a punch bowl with ice. Stir and decorate with sliced fresh pineapple, orange and plenty of fresh mint. Crushed fresh strawberries add a gala touch, plus some flavor.
