Natural wines are made from organic grapes. There is no technological or chemical interventions, and no additives such as sugar, yeast, sulfites, or flavoring from oak barrels.

Natural wines are unfiltered which typically gives it a cloudy appearance and can cause it to taste like kombucha.

Unique, and a little unpredictable

There is no regulation for natural wine or winemakers do not have set standards that they need to abide by. This means there is wiggle room with meaning of “natural” and every winemaker is different.
