FROZEN STRAWBERRY ROSE AKA FROSE

Ingredients:

1 bottle of rosé, full-bodied (pinot noir or merlot)
2 oz vermouth
4 oz strawberry purée
4 oz simple syrup

Directions:

Pour a bottle of rosé into a 13×9 inch pan and freeze for 6-8 hours. Note: it won’t freeze completely but it will be slushy. Mix in vermouth, strained strawberry purée, and simple syrup. Garnish with strawberries, raspberries, grapefruit, or mint and enjoy!

FROZEN PEACH BELLINI

Ingredients:

3 cups frozen peach slices
1 cup mango nectar
Champagne/prosecco

Directions:

Blend peach slices and mango nectar until smooth and fill champagne flute until half full. Top with champagne and garnish with peach slices.

FROZEN WATERMELON LEMONADE

Ingredients:

1 cup watermelon cubes
1 cup lemonade
2 oz vodka

Directions:

Cut watermelon into cubes and place in freezer overnight. Fill glass with frozen watermelon cubes. Mix lemonade and vodka and pour over watermelon cubes. Garnish with a fresh watermelon slice.

FROZEN SANGRIA MARGARITA

Ingredients:

1 cup red wine ice cubes
3 tablespoons triple sec
1 tablespoon lime juice
Juice from half orange
6 oz limeade concentrate
2 oz tequila
1 cup ice

Directions:

Purée red wine cubes, 2 tablespoons triple sec, lime juice and orange juice and set aside in a small glass. Purée limeade, tequila, triple sec, and ice and pour into a glass. Swirl sangria mixture in and enjoy.
