It’s officially summer and that means we’re saying goodbye to deep, hearty reds, and hello to fresh, crisp whites.

The wines are broken up into three major groups due to Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC): Alsace AOC, Crémant d’Alsace AOC, and Alsace Grand Cru AOC.

Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat, and Gewurztraminer are known as the noble grapes of the Alsace Grand Cru AOC category – we’ve chosen our favorites for summer.
