Spring is the perfect time to entertain and were kicking off the season with a bar refresh. We’ve got all the essentials for party perfect cocktails to make any drink the life of the party.

CLASSIC MARGARITA

  • 2 oz tequila
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • Salt

Add tequila, simple syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour into a salt-rimmed glass with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

SPRING GIN SOUR

  • 1 ½ oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy!

VOJITO (vodka mojito)

  • 2 oz Absolut Lime Vodka
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Mint
  • Soda water

Lightly muddle mint, sugar, and lime juice in a glass. Add vodka and a splash of soda water. Garnish with lime and mint sprigs.

COCO SUNSET

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Soda water
  • Orange slice

Add rum, orange juice, and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a glass with fresh ice and top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with orange slice.

Frozen Peach Bellini

Serves: 1

A summer version of an Italian classic, this frozen cocktail is everything you need to keep cool. The classic Bellini features prosecco with a splash of peach puree. We’ve added a splash of mango nectar for a blended frozen favorite.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • Your favorite champagne, prosecco or sparkling wine

Directions

Blend peach slices and mango nectar until smooth and fill champagne flute until half full. Top with champagne/prosecco/sparkling wine and garnish with peach slices.

Dark and Stormy

Serves: 1

A delicious and refreshing rum cocktail.  It is a favorite among sailors and Gosling Brothers claims that the drink was invented in Bermuda just after World War I. It gets its name from the way it appears in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ oz ginger beer
  • 2 oz dark rum
  • Lime

Directions

Pour ginger beer in a glass filled with ice, add the dark rum, and the lime juice and stir to combine. Add a lime wheel or wedge and enjoy.

Hazy Gray and Underway

Serves: 1

A Minibartender classic to celebrate the Navy’s birthday, this haze grey drink is both beautiful and delicious. A hint of sweet Creme de Violette is perfectly offset by the fresh lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz Creme de Violette
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • Orange peel for garnish
