Basil Cucumber Gin & Tonic
Serves: 1
A twist on the classic G+T, basil and cucumber completely change the taste of this basic drink and turn you into an experienced mixologist.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lime
- 3 sprigs basil
- 2 oz gin
- 4 oz tonic water
- Ice cubes
Directions
Add 3 slices of peeled cucumber, juice from 1 lime wedge, and 2-3 basil leaves into a highball glass. Muddle and strain into a second highball glass. Add ice, gin and tonic, and serve with basil and cucumber garnishes.

Spiked Matcha Latte
Serves: 1
This spiked matcha latte has all of the delicious flavors of a regular iced matcha latte, with a slight hint of whiskey. We’re calling this is the new Irish Coffee.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp matcha tea latte powder
- 3 oz soy milk
- 3 oz water
- 1 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
Fill glass with ice cubes. Combine matcha powder with soy milk and water, then stir until well blended. Add the mixture and whiskey into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake until cold. Serve and enjoy immediately.

Sunrise Sangria Spritz
Serves: 1
The perfect mix of a rum punch and sangria. A fruity, bubbly drink that’s not too sweet, and great as a big batch signature cocktail for any event.
Ingredients
- 4 oz sparkling wine
- 1 oz grenadine
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 slice lime
- 2 slices orange
- 1 handful of fresh blueberries
- 3 strawberries, sliced
Directions
Mix wine, grenadine, and syrup in glass. Stir to combine before adding fruit slices. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
